For the past thirteen years, Dexter has grown New Age Development Group into a full-service General Contractor and Construction Management firm, with offices in Horsham, PA, the Philadelphia Navy Yard and soon to be Washington, DC area.
Due to Dexter’s Service Disabled Veteran status, New Age Development Group is also officially considered a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and has used this designation to seek and secure multiple construction contracts given through the United States Small Business Administration. These opportunities have allowed us to create a Government focused division which has seen steady and consistent growth year after year.
His immense background extends through a multitude projects such as: The Blue Cross Tower, a high-rise office building located in Philadelphia, PA; High-Tech Research Facilities for Nabisco in Wilkes-Barre, PA; Addition and Renovation of Saint Peter Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ; Coriell Institute for Medical Research in Camden, NJ; Addition and Renovation of Strath Haven High School for the Wallingford School District in PA; Renovation of the Middlesex County Superior Courthouse in New Brunswick, NJ; The Walk, consisting of twelve high-end retail buildings situated on seven city blocks in the heart of Atlantic City, NJ; and the Renovation of the Biddle Hall Building for Toll Brothers, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, (one of the outstanding forty historic landmarks in the United States).
Salvatore attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Construction Engineering Technology.
Robert was a Vice President directly responsible for Bank Investment & Corporate Trust Operations which processed 2,300 trades on a daily basis totaling $5B. Robert has a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School.
He takes great pride in customer service and going above and beyond of what is expected of him, both for the company as well as the customer. In his free time Hector enjoy sports, especially supporting all the hometown teams in the DMV. A lot of his free time gets dedicated to side work to help fund the charity work that he enjoys doing.
He also has five years of industrial and residential construction experience. Omar has great communication skills, a natural talent for problem solving and thoroughly enjoys working with the variety of professionals he encounters on a daily basis, from architects and engineers to owners and subcontractors.
Omar holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and graduated from THE Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
