New Age Development Group was founded in 2002 by President and CEO Dexter Lanigan. As a full service General Contractor and Construction Management Company, we specialize in high end residential, commercial and government projects including Design-Bid-Builds.
We have developed over 18 million square feet across the US and our company has a bonding capacity of $175 million.
For the past 17 years we have also been an official Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and currently hold an IDIQ with the US Navy in the amount of $10,000,000. In 2019, New Age Development Group was awarded an 8 year contract with the National Institute of Health out of Bethesda, MD. This contract will have us preforming work in several states including Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and Montana.
